Quality is an on-going process of review and analysis that does not end when a job is completed but is continuously evaluated to be sure that today’s experience is passed along for tomorrow’s production.

Quality Policy
Is to meet and/or exceed our customer’s expectations through the supply of on-time quality products. Our policy includes the requirement for continual commitment to compliance and the constant improvement of the overall effectiveness of our quality system by following the plan-do-check-act model.
Manufacturing
We have over 40,000 sq ft of state of the art multi-axis equipment manufactured by quality companies (Mazak, DMG, Mori Seiki and Okuma). We believe in investing in our facility and resources to continually improve our technical capabilities while providing added value to our customers.
OUR CURRENT EQUIPMENT CAPACITY ALLOWS US TO MACHINE A VARIETY OF COMPLEX MULTI AXIS COMPONENTS.
- 80″ Length x 50″ Width x 40″ Height on our Vertical 5-axis Mills,
- 60″ Square x 60″ Tall on our Horizontal 5-axis Mills,
- 120″ Length x 36″ Diameter on our Multi-Axis Mill/Turn 6-axis Machine
- 42″ Diameter x 160″ Length on our Largest Turning Machine.
- We have a Total of 23 CNC Machines ranging in size.
- 2,000 sq ft Quality Control Facility with two fully programmable 5-axis CMMs and support equipment.
- Engineering Dept utilizing most current graphics, Solids, ProE and CATIA Technology.
All CNC and CMM equipment is interfaced through our Intranet and production control ERP system, including our in-house CAD/CAM systems to control programs and establish permanent storage of proven processes, procedures and methodology for future manufacturing requirements.
